No one can deny that stress is “the 21st century sickness” and has many negative consequences for our health.
In Japan, a revolutionary technique has been created that promises to eliminate fatigue, nervousness and anxiety in minutes. In the West, we do not know the power that each part of our body in general and the fingers of the hands in particular.
Each of them is related to an emotion or a feeling. The theory indicates that depending on whether you press or massage a point, you are relieving a particular pain.
If you put your palms together and you press for a few seconds, you can eradicate all the negative of your life in a few seconds (including some pain or diseases that develop as a consequence of toxic emotions).
To better understand this mechanism, we must first discover the power of each finger of the hand:
- The thumb: Worries, nerves, and stress.
- The index finger: Fear
- The middle finger: Anger and rage
- The ring finger: Depression, sadness, and indecision
- The pinky finger: Pessimism, lack of energy, and anxiety.
The “scientific” explanation of this technique is based on the fact that the hands are connected to the brain, to the area that takes care of our emotions.
To engage this mechanism, you must wrap your fist with your left hand with the fingers of your right hand.
Then press only with the finger that corresponds to your pain or problem.
Hold for 30 seconds, rest and repeat for 30 seconds. Do it as many times as you want.
